Is Loss Of Tugback (LOT) theory universally accepted/PE plans derived from?

Can anyone provide some experienced observation regarding Bib's LOT? After reading this theory I must say it sounds as close to disciplined observation as I could imagine. Because I have a low LOT, (8:00) and am preparing to alter my Penis Enlargement strategy accordingly, I am trying to determine if others generally base their routine off LOT findings.

I think LOT is mainly used for determining what angle you should hang at but could also be used for manual exercises. Bib also advises you to do the mirror test and the palpitation test. You can read more about them over at his website. Some people disagree about the validity of these tests. I would say all beginners should start out with downward angle exercises and then through time switch to upward exercises

Not at all! I think it is more of a handicap than anything else. I think when men subscribe to the belief that their gains are limited because of tug back they are limiting themselves to a stretching style that WILL limit their gains. To be safe and sure always cover all areas of growth in length: 1. Shaft Gains, 2. Tunica Gains and 3. Internal Gains. These three areas, when thoroughly covered will produce fool proof gains. If you can only do one exercise for length make it be the Basic Stretching in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words], this routine covers every angle of gain.

I think it's good as long you don't forego an angle completely due to your lot. Anything that stops you from trying something in Penis Enlargement is bad. Dld and bigdex couldn't have said it better

Yup, better safe than sorry. I do like that the LOT Theory put more emphasis on Tunica stretching but this, out of all the methods of elongation, is by far the toughest. Upward stretching is always much more difficult than downward because when we stretch from higher positions most of the stretch goes to the tunica since the ligaments are so slack in an upward position. Now, LOT gives you a measurement of this position and according to the different positions there becomes a point, in the theory, where ligament stretching is (supposedly) no longer possible. This would hold true if we were not able to stretch beyond the limitations of LOT but we are through Behind the Cheeks Stretching, in this position the Ligaments have no choice by to elongate, whether your LOT is 6 or 12.
