I workout Mon-Fri, and have Sat-Sun as days off.

Out of every 5 days, there is usually 1 that just seems to be a waste of time. Whatever I do, I just can't get into a good routine, and all I've [seemingly] achieved is a wasted hour.

Other days, I feel so pumped that I don't want to stop.

Is it just me, or do you feel the same sometimes?
 
It's not just you. Just a few days ago I had a workout and at the end I felt like I would have spent my time better watching TV for that time.
Then of course there are the great workouts but every few days like every 6 or 7 for me I have a workout that seems like wasted time or where things just don't go right. In fact that even happens to me every now and then when I go to the gym, I remember one day getting off of an exercise bike and feeling like I had done nothing for a half hour. Maybe this is our body's way of telling us to rest.

I think everyone has these days but changing it is not that difficult. It will take practice but in time your workouts will all be good. You seem to be giving in to this though pattern which, in itself, causes and strengthens your belief that

This statement affirms the belief and therefor it becomes something that is true. This happens in all walks of life. People will deny themselves good things in life because of the way they see it.

Changing this would look something like this:

I have a great workout every time I train. Each day my incredible workouts are making me bigger. Whenever I train, I get into a good routine and I know I am achieving a larger penis.

You could write your own but this type of mantra or affirmation only reinforces your workouts in a positive way. Repeat this each day. You could also say it while meditating. For 5 minutes a day you could cure the problem you have. The mind is extremely powerful and few know it's full potential. Some do not believe that making changes to a positive state is possible. These people will drag through life getting exactly what they asked for... Positive or negative.

You could always try switching up your routine to keep things interesting. Maybe 3 routines mixed in with each other. Perhaps this will spark a new, motivational interest in every Penis Enlargement workout you do. You may also consider breaking your 2 days off a week between the days you do Penis Enlargement. Something like

MONDAY: Workout A
TUESDAY: OFF
WEDNESDAY: Workout B
THURSDAY: Workout C
FRIDAY: OFF
SATURDAY: Workout A
SUNDAY: Workout B

This type of training will give you breaks throughout the week and keep things very interesting. You may even consider breaking each routine throughout the day. I used to train length in the AM and girth in the evening. This made made sessions short and sweet. I also felt as though I could concentrate better with this layout. In the morning my mind was set on length so I could really get a solid workout in. The same applies to girth. I would also use repetitive mantras as I trained. It was a lot of small workouts to juggle but once I became used to it things really improved. The short sessions were great and very effective.

You may want to consider some of these tactics in you Penis Enlargement. I believe it will do more than help your 1 day a week problem, it will teach you lessons that can improve your Penis Enlargement overall and yield better gains.

Yeah, I've been to all the 'Positive Thinking' seminars, too.

Believe me, some days just suck. :s
 
I like DLD's approach. Another way you can look at it is that there will be "down" days. But each down day is simply that: one day out of 6 good ones. The larger picture is that you are still benefiting from the other 5 good ones.

As you progress in P.E., those "off" days become less and less important. The larger picture takes over and you know your dick is getting longer and thicker.

Embrace the one bad day. And celebrate the five good ones.

good advice goinfor and dld...somedays i feel like i didn't pull hard enough or workout long enough...but then i realize that i've been going at it for days straight and i am benifitting by doing something even if it isn't 110%...you are doing something

Sometimes "Going through the motions" is all we can do but it keeps us in the game. It is too tempting, to me anyway, to take days off that don't go so well. I am a creature of habit and when I change the daily habit of Penis Enlargement it may become a permanent vacation.

who you telling dld...sometimes a day off turn into a 6 month hiatus for me...i try to do something even isn't much
 
Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I know that even a bad day is better than no day at all, but it always feels like I've cheated myself somehow if I don't finish my session in a sweat! ;)
