I think everyone has these days but changing it is not that difficult. It will take practice but in time your workouts will all be good. You seem to be giving in to this though pattern which, in itself, causes and strengthens your belief that

This statement affirms the belief and therefor it becomes something that is true. This happens in all walks of life. People will deny themselves good things in life because of the way they see it.
Changing this would look something like this:
I have a
great workout
every time I train. Each day my
incredible workouts are making me
bigger. Whenever I train, I get into a good routine and I know
I am achieving a larger penis.
You could write your own but this type of mantra or affirmation only reinforces your workouts in a positive way. Repeat this each day. You could also say it while meditating. For 5 minutes a day you could cure the problem you have. The mind is extremely powerful and few know it's full potential. Some do not believe that making changes to a positive state is possible. These people will drag through life getting exactly what they asked for... Positive or negative.
You could always try switching up your routine to keep things interesting. Maybe 3 routines mixed in with each other.
