A few years ago I read an article on the human body and the ligaments. It said that the ligaments of the leg can handle up to over 600 lbs when hanging down. So I was thinking damn, this is some serious weight our body is capable of handling, where is the difference between the ligaments in the legs and in the penis except the quantity and the length of course? If they were as strong as the leg ligaments then we shouldn't fear of heavy weights, or stretching REALLY hard, as there is no way an "average" human can handle only half of the above mentioned weight.
I've never read about a serious injury on these boards btw, except of one guy who managed to fuck his dick up with the clamp.
 
There are lots of things to consider when you're talking about loading. Most adults can handle relatively heavy weights for a very short range of motion. There are records of men doing back lifts in excess of 5,000 lbs!

Now, if you're doing a leg exercise using the fullest range of motion possible, you'll only be as strong as the weakest portion of the lift. There's also angles to consider too- you're going to be much stronger at angles that use your bones for support than at angles where most of the load is handled by your ligaments and muscles.

The ligaments of the penis are nowhere near as robust as those of the legs or even those of most smaller muscles, and since the loads placed on the penis through Penis Enlargement are not supported by anything but soft tissue, you won't be able to handle anywhere near the type of weight that you can handle with your legs. For safety's sake, always start light with any new exercise that you do. You're better off doing less than you're capable than more, as you can always adjust upwards in subsequent sessions

I don't mean lifting weights, I mean when you attach 600 lbs on your leg and let them hang like if 3-4 people hold simultaneously your leg and hang from it.

Ok thank you for clearing this up, I thought ligaments = ligaments. I can imagine that the leg is stronger due to the higher quantity of ligaments and the mass of muscles around it, but I really can't imagine a human being capable of "tearing" his own penis apart. IMHO it is not possible, at least if you are not trying really hard to do some serious damage. It is really hard to do permanent damage to the penis and every normal-intelligent human should be able to do the exercises with full intensity without always keeping the fear in mind of "ripping something off", because I know that so many people can't get to their limit and can't get no gains due to this fear, which blocks them from pulling.

That is different :) You'd probably dislocate your hip sockets, rupture your knees and/or ankles if the load's heavy enough.

You can still tear internal tissues and cause damage to the spongy bodies of the penis if you pull with enough force.
