For me, I pull like I'm trying to fucking pull the excalibur sword out of that damn stone. And I jelq at 100% erection like I'm filling up one of those long balloons. haha..

PS. If you have any methods to increase intensity, post them here too. I think INTENSITY! is one of the most UNDERlooked things in Penis Enlargement. Because you can learn all the new and best exercises, but if you don't do them with INTENSITY!, the gains you desire may not show up. I used to do my excercises with 90%-100% intensity and at first everything was going great. Somewhere along the line though I noticed I wasn't getting those morning erections anymore and my dick just did'nt look as big and fat. Turned out I was over-training and once I toned it down a bit my workouts have been going great. Now I probably my jelqs at 75%-80% erection level and pretty intense (but not painful intense) and my stretching at about 90%. There is a balance and intensity is important but I think that technique plays just as big a role and watching for negative and positive signs.
 
INTENSITY ?! However i think it should be carefull with this, it should be locked somewhere :O. As for metaphor just try to imagine grim on my face while i feel like my dick is getting torn hahaha
 
Haha. Good metaphor. I think that using metaphors are really important for everyone to learn because I know that when I first started Penis Enlargement I quickly understood the technique and dedicated the time but didn't really know how much force I should use. I think I was fearful that I would get injured. I now realize how important it is to make sure you get the intensity down because that's one of the deciding factors for growth. I mean, you can spend hours doing Penis Enlargement doing each and every single exercise known to man but if you don't use the right amount of force you're going nowhere fast. I know there are guys that do Penis Enlargement for years and have NO gains. And then there are guys that do Penis Enlargement for months and have borat great success. As of right now I believe that the intensity of the exercises, each moment, is the deciding factor. What else could it be?..
