right now I grab as hard as i can with 2 hands and Pull almost as hard as I can, and my gains are very minimal. Ive been damaging glans as well. Im i just going to hard? Or am i just a slow gainer?

How hard do you guys pull? or can someone lead me to link?

first concentrate on getting a good grip then learn how to get a good stretch by experimenting. then pull with some power. you might also need to pull some skin back while stretching.
 
As long as I'm not in pain, as hard as I can BUT, let me tell you something:

I'm an ex-bodybuilder, used to bench with 330 lbs and I can tell you that the dick is a fucking strong organ. I would pull it with my foot if I could (actually DLD developed some way (I can't remember now) to pull it with the foot).

What I'm trying to say is that you don't need to be 'The Strongest Man' to make your dick grow. Many skinny guys have huge dicks, I know of hangers that haven't gained a single 0.1" in months by very heavy hanging but gained 0.5" in weeks by simple manual stretches.

It's all about feeling, perception and, of course, pulling. If you pull it WILL grow. ;)

I agree with Boo-Ya. Intensity is not necessarily the answer. And you can yank it damned hard and keep away from the glans. If you are going to pull it with all your strength then start half way between the glans and the base of your cock. That way, you'll be sure not to injure yourself.

I wouldn't focus on how hard you're stretching at all. I would pay more attention to how I FEEL during the stretch. If you're not feeling any of the stretch in the angle you're stretching then that's the bigger problem. If you're stretching attempting to work a certain area but it's not receiving any of the stress then you'd need to stretch at a different angle. The other issue is pulling too hard. You don't have to try to tear the ligaments away from the shaft to get a good stretch or to make progress. Work to FEEL your stretches in whichever angle or direction you're working and then pull just a little bit harder and you've got it.
 
because you been pulling so hard you pretty much stalled your gains because the level of force has remained the same. Obviously you cant increase your pulling power anymore so try a more intense stretch. This should help.

Being able to feel the stretch is way more important than how hard you can pull. Make sure you feel that stretching burn, it should not hurt but feel like a dull burning sensation, very dull. Increase your pulling power as your penis gets use to the extra force. Pay attention to your glans, red spots are fine but you should not have huge red blotches after a session, only small red spots that should dissapper rather quickly.

thanx soo much crayzd27! I think recently i have got a little carried away on how hard, and not weather those ligs feel right.

But once i target the lig Should I just giver, or just allow it to feel like a nice stretch, and not a painfull one.

Can you stress the ligs too much?
 
you probably will feel your stretch in the base of your penis and about mid shaft once you find the right spot. I agree with all the oldheads, focus on your technique instead of intensity. Take a lesson from all the weight lifting you did, once you perfected your technique with lower intensities, then you were able to achieve more because you understood how to make everything work best for you, not just use brute force and sloppy form and risk plateauing.
 
This evening I realized that my LOT seems to be lower than i thought. I just found that stretches in a squat position really nail the ligs for me, and all this time I have hardly been stressing the ligiments at all. I guess thats why i kept trying to pull harder, and harder, cuz I couldn't feel anything at the base.

I just had my ligs pop for the first time in probably a year. It was hard to find these positions but without your guys' suggestions I wouldn't have tried to find them thanks soo much. I now understand the need to feel it out. I was working soo hard before, but now that i can really feel the ligs there's no need to do chin-ups on my dick!rofl
 
Bananaxboy, Why do you ask about my gains? What do you mean by asking "much stretching"? I'm not sure what direction you're headed with your post. Be a little bit more clear and I'll see if I can answer.

Banana-

You never want to experience pain while stretching. I call it an uncomfortableness but not pain. Also don't confuse a skin stretch with a good lig or tissue stretch. You want to feel a slight burn while stretching. I also feel that the duration of the stretch is more important. I would rather get a good long 1 min stretch that I can feel working, than a quick 15 sec stretch that feels like my cock head is going to burst. You with me?

To stress the ligs too much it would take a lot force and duration. Your more likely to damage blood veins, or skin before you damage your ligs IMO.
