Hi guys.

The last couple of weeks, I have been doing 60 seconds reps, with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] instead of 30 seconds.

The problem is that my hands and arms get too tired, so the intensity is only around medium and not max because I would die before I could hold that for 60 secs.

So my question to you is -
What is best;

30 second reps with max intensity or 60 second reps with medium intensity?

Wrist rollers in the gym. It will improve your grip and forearm strength, so you will be able to hold that grip longer.

But to answer you question, I would say 30 seconds at max intensity. Intensity seems to be key in gaining and I think you will benefit more from the intensity than the length of the stretch. Another thought is to keep the 30 second max intensity, but increase the sets.

A [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] would help a lot. You can also use your legs with the rope for a real powerful stretch!

I have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] - but since im still a newb, I think I would benefit more from doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for at least a couple of months first.

Nah, you can start right away with it. Learning the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is just like learning anything else, jump in and get your hands dirty!:)

You need to ask yourself what kind of volume you are stretching.

Stretching shorter and harder via manual exertion can be equal to a lighter load over longer periods of time, in terms of viability for gaining.

Are there benefits to each separate exercise? Sure! Is the volume relative? Most likely.

I combine both short intense manual stretches, alongside more lengthy lighter intensity stretches like with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] device.

Good luck!

Excellent Point!

So what you are saying is that - it really doesn't matter if I stretch shorter time with more intensity or longer time with less intensity?
I will benefit from both?

Using both is smartest but to make it perfect include Expressive Stretching too. All 3 styles, 1. Expressive, 2. Heavy, short stretching 3. Long, low level stretching serve their own purpose.

Expressive: Exposed inner penis
Heavy/short: Breaks down tough tissue (as we see in the Tunica)
Light/long: Serves to cement the above
