Over the years, I've hung weights for literally hundreds of hours. But I've avoided manual stretching for one simple reason: It hurts like hell! Not the ligs, not the tunica. It's the head of my penis that hurts, from the pressure of the grip just behind the head. And I've tried all kinds of things like wrapping, grabbing further back etc. I think there are 2 reasons for the pain. 1) Relative to the shaft, my penis head is fairly small and 2) I'm uncut, so perhaps I'm a little more sensitive in that area.
However, after some encouragement from SWM and a couple others, I decided to grit my teeth and give it another go. So I tried getting a grip without pulling the foreskin all the way back. I pulled it back just far enough so that I wasn't just stretching skin when I pulled. That seemed to help. Still hurt, but not as much. And yesterday I was able to apply quite a bit of pressure and the pain was manageable. So I did several stretches throughout the day in between [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] sessions. In the evening, I decided to do some girth work and that's when I noticed 2 thrombosed veins on the top of my shift right under the skin, like thin cords. Additionally, almost every time I do a series of stretches, a couple of drops of blood come out the tip. Today, the veins have eased off a bit, probably because I retracted the foreskin and used a wrap, thus avoiding the area of the thrombosed veins. I was able to still stretch and the pain seemed less. I expect that maybe the head is toughening up and gradually getting used to the pressure. Or, maybe the nerves are dying and I just don't feel as much ?
And, I'm still getting a drop or two of blood while stretching.
I've had thrombosed veins before from clamping, so I know they'll heal up. As for the blood, is that a temporary thing? Will the head toughen up so that stretching is not so traumatic? Maybe I'm pulling too hard. I really think the heavy manual stretching could be my ticket to length gains, in conjunction with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Have you guys experienced any of this and had it resolve? Or did you just have to stop manual stretches. None of this has ever happed from hanging weights, even up to 20 lbs. But of course, we all know you can manually pull with considerably more force.
