Well we got a bunch of snow and ice today so i was stuck at home. I pretty much spent the whole day doing basic stretches in all directions and blue whale's stretches. I just pulled my dick out and it goes out longer than my hand. it always stopped short before. i wish i could stretch like this every day. i'd see the 8" i want in no time
 
Stretching really does feel like the more effort/time you put in the more results you get. I haven't been stretching seriously until this year, I just jelqed and trapped, but now that I've figured out a few things I'm doing twice daily sessions most days and putting some real effort in. So far I've been hitting new places in my girlfriend but I haven't measured yet so I don't know if I've gotten any "real" gains. I think the old Bathroom Stretches, sometimes called Piss Pulls, are a good idea; just do a quick basic 1-minute stretch every time you go to the bathroom. I tend to get in somewhere between 8 and 17 "extra" stretches per day like that. I'm hoping that in time it will all add up.
 
i agree. lately, i've been going to the bathroom a lot just so i can get some extra stretches in lol. i'm really starting to get dedicated to Penis Enlargement, something i've had a hard time doing in the past.

In my opinion every bathroom break, every opportunity to get a stretch in GET IT! IMO, there is no overtraining when it comes to length...train as much as you can and the gains will come in.

i'm glad you said that because that leads to my next question. today (after about 6 hours of length work total yesterday haha) my dick is pretty sore (the internal part, not skin) and i was wondering if i should still stretch or let it rest. i don't know much about the penis, but i would imagine that continuing to stretch would be good. in my mind i compare it to stretching your body for flexibility. once you get to a certain point of soreness you have to keep stretching and stretching to reach high levels of flexibility. is the penis similar where even after soreness you should keep on stretching to break it down more? or should i let it rest?i i hope that wasn't too confusing because it was confusing coming out of my head lol
 
Wait until the soreness subsides a bit before stretching intensely again but even this soreness will fade eventually. Usually 24 hours is enough time for the soreness to pass.

ok. i never get sore from stretching. if i do, then i know i had a great workout. i love the pain though. it feels like progress. i wish i could stretch like that every day. my fsl shrunk back to normal today, so i feel like i need to work harder and harder
