Stretching really does feel like the more effort/time you put in the more results you get. I haven't been stretching seriously until this year, I just jelqed and trapped, but now that I've figured out a few things I'm doing twice daily sessions most days and putting some real effort in. So far I've been hitting new places in my girlfriend but I haven't measured yet so I don't know if I've gotten any "real" gains. I think the old Bathroom Stretches, sometimes called Piss Pulls, are a good idea; just do a quick basic 1-minute stretch every time you go to the bathroom. I tend to get in somewhere between 8 and 17 "extra" stretches per day like that. I'm hoping that in time it will all add up.
