Guyz I have a vegas vacation coming up in four weeks any advice on the main exercise/exercises I should focus on so I can be at my BEST hahaha during the trip....... i've been hanging with 7.5 lbs in sets of 10 minutes. When you're hanging do you gain length by increasing the amount of time per set or my the amount of actual weight? Thanks in advance GUYZ.
 
Forgot to ask .... when I'm doing internal stretch I grip all the way towards the base and pull outwards.....how will I know I'm actually pulling the inside part of my penis or the actual skin?
 
Stretching is usually done from a much higher grip level, usually just below the glans (head). When you stretching this manner you are stretching the ligaments of the penis mainly, some stretch is translated to the tunica but not much. As your grip goes lower and lower you will be effectively stretching internal structures and helping express internal penis.
 
O remember reading on one of bibs forum tht time is greater than weight.. most guys said not to hang over 15lbs.

At present I'm upto 11bs for 10-15mins. Gonna aim to increase time before I increase weight.
 
The way I felt was best was hanging lighter weight for longer time. Other guys hang heavy weight shorter time. It really is up to you and preference.
