Hey Everyone, This will be my first thread here, first off i have to thank DLD all you guys who post and support here. I've been lurking now for about a month and all i can say is you guys are seriously heroes in my book. I used to be a guy that when i first read about penis exercises a few years ago from other sites, i was like "WTF?" thats some crazy shit. milking your penis and whatnot. mainly i fell into the all too common bs that stated it never works and blah blah.
Well i can def say i have found the light, not sure how it happend but just about last month i prob was thinking about the size of my penis again and really thought, i can do something about this i know i can. and i don't really know how else to explain it except inspiration that i just happened to find this forum, with the first link taking me to DLD's Beginner Routine. i watched the first 3 vids and was a believer.
I can go on but you get the point. you guys are an awesome bunch and i would be proud to hang my penis out with all of you.

My Starting Measurements are:
BPSFL: 7.1"
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.5+"
NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.75"
EG Midshaft: 4.85" (approx)
Flaccid hand varies 3-4" approx
I want to say first off i am actually quite happy with the size of my erect penis as is right now even though it might be considered average, i am proud of the shape and general overall look and feel of it, and have only gotten compliments as such also. With saying that i am also very excited to see what it will look like with just 1 more inch added in length, girth im not so fixated on at the moment. kind of a surprise to a special someone down the road. so i plan to be about 6.75 NPenis EnlargementL as soon as i can safely get there.
I would really be content with just that and feel i have my routine planned out accordingly. hope you guys can let me know what you think.
Heres my Routine: (modified DLD's routine)
Basic 3 sets of stretches 30 sec each
up, up left, up right
straight out, left, right
straight down, down right, down left.
rotary cranks in big slow circles.
I am leaving out jelqing starting now because i am more focus on pulling out internal penis through the ligament stretching.
I am also considering doing this twice a day (stretches) in the morning and at night before sleep. would there be benefit to this, kinda like, the time you put in is the results you will get out. im not talking about trying to crank my penis off like a noob, just following the newbie stretches twice to keep the penis in the extended position more.
I give a good steady pull when i do the stretches and can def feel the workout the next day when i start the stretches again, no pain involved. i am trying to follow DLD's advice on intensity. I stretch in all directions but for me the downward stretch is the one that feels the most productive/gratifying if that's a good word to use. Do many of you notice your downward stretch has a bit different feel to it also? sometimes i can swear i feel the penis letting itself out as i do downward stretches, and then also when i do the rotary stretches. maybe its just in my head and maybe its because it causes a subtle amount of arousal, im not sure. i was hoping a brother here could chime in if they have an explanation.
My LOT, or loss of tug, happens to be when i pull just lower than straight out. so just a few degrees lower than straight out. don't know if this really has any correlation with what i mentioned before but i def feel like my upward stretches are in vain as it seems to be mostly absorbed by the tunica. i just feel my penis gives back the most when i stretch out and down mostly. And rotary cranks. after a good session my penis will hang 4.5" limp, but usually its a little plump with a healthy flow of blood so i can't say its a constant 4.5" for hours after. just for a bit.
