I'm new and have read up a little bit on this stuff but not much, I'm looking to add some length and thickness. I've searched around here but couldn't find any stickies of what exercises you guys do. All I could find was the gains you were getting from the exercises but no explanation on how to do them. Any info would be appreciated. Sorry if I missed something in the open. Thanks rofl
