Look for coconut oil (paste, really, .. it's a solid at room temperature and then melts quickly in your hands etc, but it says "oil" on the label) that's a clean white and probably says Virgin or Organic Virgin.
The yellowish, or clumpy, stuff that's "processed for cooking" won't be as good as a nutrient.
You can also eat some of the good version once or twice a day to give your androgen hormones (Testosterone etc) a boost, cos it's made out of a kickass fat used for that. Also it's an MCT, so your body can use it for energy.
I don't like its taste either, but figured out how to put a serving of it (still in solid form) in the back of my mouth and then quickly wash it down with water before it can melt and taste like anything. Could be weird on a first try before you get a technique mastered. If it jams up in your throat, just try not to cough or gag for a couple of seconds and it'll melt and go on down, still without having tasted it.
Another thing it can do (but you -will- taste it like this, lol) is fix several types of problems with your teeth and gums if you melt a tablespoon -ish amount of it in your mouth and swish it around between your teeth for 15 to 20 minutes a couple of times per day. It's called Oil Pulling .. and used to be a thing before mankind forgot how to do old stuff. Don't swallow it .. it'll be full of toxins and bacteria from the Pulling. Afterwards you have to spit it out into a can or the trash or etc. Don't put into the sink or any kind of pipes unless you hate your pipes and want to buy new ones, it'll congeal in there and eventually block them up.
Last thing or two .. watch out about having the container near the stove/oven or ontop of a dishwasher area. The entire contents can melt into a liquid form and might not ever be right again. Probably still ok as a nutrient, but could remain kindof melty liquidy and more of a mess to deal with.
As the same but opposite kind of idea, if you melt it into other oils it will tend to take on their qualities and remain as a liquid. This is great for adding coconut oil to other therapeutic/massage oils.
For eating coconut oil, even if you don't like the taste, you can put it in a blender with a protein shake (or whatever) and the taste changes enough to be different. You might want to add a tablespoon of Lecithin as an emulsifier too, (preferably Sunflower Lecithin, not 'Soy') ... it makes ingredients go together more smoothly .. and Lecithin is good for your brain (helps make neurotransmitters, works as an anti-depressant), and your liver, and your gallbladder .. and increases ejaculate volume .. so it's pretty cool too.
