I don't think I could do the surgery...I would stick with doing manual Penis Enlargement...Not only will it be safer (in some aspects), it is also a fun hobby, something I enjoy doing and discussing with fellow Penis Enlargementers. Depends on my starting size, but if it were my own, I'd forgo the risk of an unnatural looking penis and stay natural. Also, there's something to be said for earning your penis instead of paying for it.

Money is no object and those post op pictures on the surgery websites are too freaky for me. Yet I've heard good things about the girth enhancement. I'm not for cutting my ligs. Even with some nice gains by hanging, I like having my dick point straight up.

The one thing about the girth enhancement I don't understand is when you have the alloderm attached to your cock during surgery, I'm assuming your dick is flaccid, well how does the alloderm expand when you get an erection? Is there a drop off in your girth somewhere along the shaft?

i'm pretty sure the alloderm somehow becomes vascularized or something like that and veins and shit form around it. It is basically there to expand your girth to the point where it is healing around the alloderm or whatever. That's what I understood it as basically being like. I'm probably wrong though.

I believe that alloderm is tissue grown in a lab, it may not be your own, but it is tissue so it will expand just like if you used your own skin grafts.

first do at least six mouths of manual pe. so then you know your penis, once you know you penis and you can controll it then decide if surgery is needed. ive been peing for 6 mouths now, when i started i knew about it or him, now i'm half way understanding him and controlling it. ask anyone your dick has a mind of it's own pe helps you become one with you dick surgery will never do that
