R rebel2011 0 Nov 29, 2011 #4 Any thing you can get in will help. The more you do the better results. 5 or 10 min her and there can really add up. I would keep doing whatever you can.

R rakas 0 Nov 29, 2011 #5 I would say it can help however you need jelqs as well if you want the big quick gains. Stretching really only works the ligaments.
