Hello. Before i start with questions, let me introduce myself:
Age: 21
Experience: I have done 1-2 weeks of Side-to-Side stretches and Squeezing
Goal: Length
My measurementes:
Flacid:
Non bone pressed length:7cm
Bone pressed length: 10cm
Erected:
Non bone pressed length: 12cm
Bone pressed length: 14.7 cm
Girth:
Mid shaft: 14,5cm
Lower shaft: 15cm
I have couple of questions connected with training..
First tell me
-how many days per week (on and off days)
-how many weeks
-which exercises
2. About masturbation.. Is it smart to masturbate before workout as warm-up? I feel more stretchable after masturbation. And this is the biggest problem, my libido is so high so i'm doing this often (no GF this period soo... ), but if you say that i will gain more without masturbating (or masturbating just once in week), i will do that.
3. About Kegels... I'm really beginner with this exercise so on the beginning, how many days per week should i do it and for how many reps (how long should i hold the squeeze).
