I like this routine

Finally i found a routine i like.
Lately i have been so confused about everything, but now i am so fine (=

My routine i have been doing lately:

Warm up 15 minutes heat with rice sock

2 x left,right,up,straight. = 8 minutes.
6 min of straight stretching = 6 minutes
2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] sec a stretch = 1 minute

Overall 15 minutes.

20 Minutes jelq

Reverse grip

60-80 % erect


10 minutes of clamping
 
Hey that's a nice routine bro.

Whatever works! If you like it and can do it consistently over time, that's the foundation of Penis Enlargement growth, man.

Do that daily for 3 months, reporting as you go.

When you hit 30, 60, 90 days measure. (Oh and day 1 measure too)

And then adjust based on how its going then. This will give you a baseline to work with.

I am not quiet sure, but i believe that i started 10 days ago with this routine.
I have of course not had any gains yet, but i am wondering about something, when i clamp, my penis get way thicker than my normal size, like 0.6 inch, could that be the expected gains?
 
Sounds good, but one thing id just like to bring up is, if your jelqing reverse grip jelq downward it's awesome and how I used to do them!e
when you jelq downward it creates more expansion!
so sit on the edge of your bed or chair or what ever and jelq towards the floor or as far down as you can, you may not be able to jelq completely staright down but on a downward angle is fine!
plus I feel the stretch in the ligs and internal penis waaaayyy more doing it this way, so it probly helps out with length a lot also!
And yes if your making .6 while clamping that's awesome and means with time you can cement that!

A good routine for a complete newbie however, this routine won't serve you for more than 2 months at most. It's an amateur routine. You need something toughter and intense than this.
