My routine i have been doing lately:
Warm up 15 minutes heat with rice sock
2 x left,right,up,straight. = 8 minutes.
6 min of straight stretching = 6 minutes

Overall 15 minutes.
20 Minutes jelq
Reverse grip
60-80 % erect
10 minutes of clamping
