I Just Decided Seriously to begin Penis Enlargement Exercices...
I'm 22 and my penis is so small...near 4 inches >:(...and i have many problems about my size with girls and myself...my confidence in myself is down...
I was interested about penis enlargement programs before many years, but i've never tried them...so now i Decide to make the difference!
My Goal is to reach 7 inches and i need your Help to achieve this Goal in the next mounths...
How Can i really add full 3 inches to my penis size ?:(???

It goes like this, If you believe in the LOT Theory, You want to stretch or hang at the lower angle first SD,BTC. You would do this in the hope to stretch the ligiamants that inturn as they are being stretch, this is to say that if you have tight high ligs, what will happen is you will be able to use the ligs to pull the internal penis out of the body.

Then after making so much gain from the lig stretch you could move onto working on upper angles and use the tunica to make outer and inner penis gains. Using such angles as SO,OTS with and without a Fulcrum and also the rice sock duct tape, which allows a double fulcrum to occur.
 
Thoroughly read through this forum starting with the Newbie Section.

Don't forget to do "stamina" work (kegels, Towel Raises, etc.) in addition to your Penis Enlargement exercises.

Keep your routine simple. Warm ups, one good girth exercise, one good length exercise, [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work, and cool downs will give you better results than just about anything else- especially for a beginner.

Try to make a little progress (reps and/or intensity) each workout but don't overdo it! With Penis Enlargement, more exercising is usually not better!

Make sure that you stick with your routine diligently.

Keep a journal with details on your workouts, progress made, and measurements.

Ask questions when you don't know the answers or when you need guidance.

If you have excess bodyfat, get on a better eating plan and exercise. Being lean will make your penis appear larger due to the absence of suprapubic fat. The average seems to be about a one inch of non-bone pressed length gain for every 30 lbs. of fat lost.
 
I don't know about 3 inches in a matter of months. Sounds more like a years worth of hard work will make that goal obtainable but the results are well worth it. You can achieve this goal if you stay dedicated and on the path. A lot of people start on their goals here, very few achieve them
