OK for three months nowi havent been able to finish when i'm with a girl and i got into a lot of fights also with my girlfriend who left me like a week ago thinking i'm cheating on her..

And like 3 days ago i had sex with this girl and my dick wouldnt even get erect! i'm fucking pathetic! i feel like shit and lost i dont know what to do..and i've started smoking..fuck!

Guys i really have no idea what to do, i know the problem is in my mind but i have no idea how to solve it its been 3 MONTHS!!! Its killing me and i'm Penis Enlargementing less now because when i think about my problem i just dont feel like doing anything at al.

Homie, one word RELAX! This is all in your head and I bet with each passing encounter you compound the psychological aspects of it by obsessing before hand thus reenforcing the power of this dilemma and plaguing each future event with failure before you even start. I have gone through the same type of problem and on hindsight I was doing exactly what I described above. Take some time away from sex and masturbation but not lust. Entertain pornography, heavy petting, and any other form of lust but refrain from ejaculation. Another thing you can start to practice now are mantras. A mantra is like a self affirmation and they do indeed work. Your mantra will be almost back psychology, I used the same one and the results were amazing. What I would say to myself over and over when I had time to myself was "I wish I could last longer and I did not cum so quickly" Sounds confusing but it really works.

Ejaculation can be a very tricky thing that can become trickier when we start obsessing. Sometimes a simple, reverse, psychological phrase can work wonders. For me if I feel I may cum to quickly I will say to myself "damn, I wish I could cum" this usually messes with my anxiety enough to have the opposite effect and I will last longer. By the same token, if I am having problems reaching ejaculation I will go the other way with "I wish I could last longer and I did not cum so quickly" which also helps in the same way.

Thats very sound advice DLD has given you.Alot of problems with ejaculation stem from our own mentalities and/or hangups.Also a possible traumatic event or stressful situation can also cause these sort of things.
 
From my experiences never stop Penis Enlargement that has nothing to do with it. Its all mental for you. Stopping Penis Enlargement makes you think there is something wrong with you physically. Excellent point! The thought process from the brain to the penis is easily interrupted by intruding thoughts. a number of things could fuck up the erection problems. me myself i have been havin this lately, and it kills me. it's quite the psychological thing. letely i have been failing in classes, because of my migraines and seizures, which affects my financial aid, and i am indanger of losing housing so i can't dorm up here, i had to sign a temporary waver saying that i would take the credits needed next semester. since all this shits went down my head has been fucked up, for a while it took a lot of effort to Penis Enlargement and sometimes i would finish too early or things wouldn't be operational at all. and of course the more that it happens to me the more that i think about it and the more it happens. it's alla vicious cycle.

I didnt say that i will stop Penis Enlargement and also i only have been Penis Enlargementing for about 2.5weeks and this problem has been there for about 3 months now so i know it has nothing to do with Penis Enlargement.
BUT the erection problem only started when i started Penis Enlargementing so i dont know if its Penis Enlargementing or just my mind..

I've had this problem in the past, for several reasons. The medicine I was on aggravated my ability to get erections, but my self doubt destroyed my ability. It's kind of a catch-22, people throwing the "it's mental" at you, so it makes you think about it even more. Kind of like trying to go to sleep by telling yourself "stop thinking about sleeping."

My advice? Examine some of your habits - you mentioned smoking... that certainly doesn't help. Over-masturbation? Do you play with your guy a lot? Penis Enlargementing may be a great source of help. Hey, two more things that nobody's mentioned yet.... it's helpful to realize that this happens to A LOT of people over their life... VERY COMMON. Not many guys talk about it, so sometimes we think we are the only ones.

I can tell you tho, that it's happened to me in the past. The first time was with a girl I was in a just-sexual relationship with. We picked up a girl at a party together and brought her home. I shit you not, I am probably the ONLY guy in history to have a threesome sitting at my doorstep and not be able to perform. I don't know if it was the drinking, or nerves having two girls to perform for or what, but I had two naked chicks licking each other's tits in front of me and I was shooting pool with a rope. Obviously at the time I was mortified, but since then I've had lot's of time to think about it and I laugh now. Really, what's the big deal? This is almost always mental, and ALWAYS termporary. It happens, it's probably gonna happen again, but there will be LOT'S of hard dick sex in the mean time...

Another thing I found that helped is I started to excercise again. Not Penis Enlargement, just regular excercise. I don't know what it is, but going to the gym makes me harder than a rock. I'm sure it has to do with circulation or something, but I'm no doctor.

I'd just like to thank everyone out there who replied to this post. I've been having the same problems recently and reading your responses makes me feel not so alone, which might help me. I was wondering if anyone here has had the same problem that I have noticed lately...I've been with this one girl and she's really cute and she has no trouble turning me on. But recently I've been having troubles with condoms...I will be hard when we're making out or just cuddling and stuff...but when she suggests I get a condom or I go to the drawer to get the condom I start losing my erection. This, of course makes me think, "Shit what a bad time to lose my erection" and by the time I have the condom open I'm soft and can't get the condom on. I feel embarrassed even typing this mainly because I feel so pathetic when this happens. Its only happened twice but now just the thought of me staying hard long enough to put the condom on makes me feel shitty inside. I know its all in my head but I dunno what to do. I'm just pissed off b/c its making me scared of sex almost. Recently I've even wanted to avoid sex b/c of the CHANCE that it will happen again. >:(
Ug I dunno. Im just glad to know that I'm not alone...but what I really need is a way to stay harder longer when I'm not being stimulated. I notice that when I'm not being stimulated I tend to lose my erection quickly. I am 20 years old and I am healthy.

Maybe your temporary ED is a result of guilt. You are changing the man you once were. How old are you? Have you ever been rejected for you penis size? Doing Penis Enlargement is like admitting to yourself that you are small and somehow inadequate. You wonder if Penis Enlargement is somehow damaging yourself. If you are risking everything for a little cm. You like yourself I guess, but are you punishing yourself for being inadequate for her -- you may be thinking. When you see the results of Penis Enlargement it will make you anxious about trying out the new you. That will bring your erections back.
Look at adult entertainment. Wack it, but do not get off on it. Do this ever day. You will come around.
