Ok here is the deal. I've been doing the newbie stretches for what like 4 or 5 months and I've always got a burning in my penis. No matter how hard I pull or what position its always in the penis. Burns like hell. I figured I had finally stretched everything else out and now the ligs were the weakest point. It felt good

Now the problem is I have not been able to get that again. I kagel all day off and on to try to wear down my pelvic floor muscles but I can't get it. Im trying to reverse kagel when I stretch and im trying to be as intense as possible! I pull so hard on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] that my arms shake. The only feeling I get is the skin being pulled. I've been hanging trying to get a lig stretch and its the same story. Even been doing the mandigo stretch and just can't get it

Im thinking that for some reason its being focused on the skin and tunica and that's ok but I feel if I can get a good lig stretch I would gain alot faster. I've searched for the lot theory thing and can't really find exactally what it is. I've got an upward curve to my penis and an upward erection angle. When im hard it points straight north up against my belly. I've tried the foot long thing but can't get my leg up there. In the beginning it was soreness. Now the fatigue is gone because you're use to it. Just keep stretching as you have been and the gains will begin showing!
 
That's what I keep telling my self but im getting discouraged seeing people making .5 or more gains in less time. Just makes me wonder if im not doing something right. I've been focused more on girth because its more of an immediate result even if only temporary. Guess I will just keep on keeping on and see how much I can get
 
To feel it in the ligs is something that usually only happens in the beginning stages of Penis Enlargement (first month) or when a new, more intense stretch is introduced. I would not be so concerned with the feeling but I do hear your bid for gains. What stretches are you using now and what does your routine look like time/rep wise? This will help determine what your best options are.
 
My length routine is mostly newbie stuff. I do the full routine. 30 sec in all directions. Then I do 3 1 min bfc on each side then I do a 2 one min mandigo stretch on each side and a few days a week I hang 2.5 lbs for around 20 min. Most days I do at least that but maybe once a week I will slack a little and just do the basic newbie stuff or hang and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore. I've been pretty consistent since may... kinda missed alot in april but did alot in february and march.
 
Have you tried following the Newbie Length Routine as it is written? The stretches contained there are done in rep, sequence and time for very good reason. I would follow that, keep steady with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretches. Within the girth portion of your routine cut sets to 10 minutes jelqing followed by 10 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Follow this for one month to the T and I bet your whole Penis Enlargement world will change. It is very hard not to gain on this routine and when you have tapped out gains there we can advance to a more intense routine. Get as much gains as you can from the basics.
 
Consistency is definitely important. Gains have a way of showing up right when you start to think they are not coming. If you slow down or stop you may just be holding back some gains right about to come.
 
You grab your penis and pull like any other stretch and then rotate it in a circular motion as you would stirring a pot of spaghetti.
