Having no real hobbies other than lifting, i spend a lot of time reading up on kinesiology and physiology stuff, and i came across this and am wondering what you guys think.
if stretching can cause hyperplasia and cause new cells to develop and cause the penis to lengthen AND widen then would a focused stretching/hanging? routine elicit maximum all-around gains without jelqing?
some of you guys might know the answer to this from personal experience, but im willing to hear the responses. in THEORY it seems like it could work, but who knows.
