hey everybody i was just reviewing a routine i wrote out and was curious what you think. suggestions are welcome.
during the day at work i just do a 5 minute stretch in the bathroom just to keep it in a stretched state for longer.
for length:
when im at home i do. the phase 1 routine stretches alongside with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] routine dld has posted and i do 30 reps of dld blasters.
for girth:
i do 20 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and afterwards i do 200 jelqs and 50 slow squash jelqs.
throughout the day i do kegels to keep strength and control within my penis.
