Newbies and the routines we follow im included here even when i have been exerciding for years i learn new stuff everyday.but can be benefitial and harmless if a newbie starts whit an advanced exercise like a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] can he get gains.I think they will, can they make important gains?
Maybe they would get gains but are they gonna keep them for the rest of their lives? I dont think

Would be interesting to have 10 newbies starting with regular jelq and gradually increasing intensity and 10 newbies starting with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]

The ones doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] would definitely gain faster. The intensity of the jelq is no where near that which the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] produces. Since two hands are compressing together there is little blood loss in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] exercise. In the jelq we end up loosing blood with each stroke and there is no compression, mainly just a slide of the tissue. When you try the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and the hands begin to compress you can see just how expanded you become. Here is a good test for anyone to try, one day do a 30 minute session of regular jelqing and measure post workout, the next day do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and measure the same, this will give you a good idea of how different they are.

Yeah, but what if that experiment end up in bad [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] session? I mean, not at 100% efficiency? It is really possible, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is quite intense and advanced exercise, far more than Jelq, Jelq is basic exercise and man must be really stupid to not jelq properly :)

The chance of injuries occuring is pretty big as well. It is because the SSJs are so intense that they are not recommended to newbies. Every girth exercise must be performed with caution! :)

Do not be fooled- the jelq is a base exercise, but many perform it wrong. It is just about getting the hang of the exercise mechanics. :)

There is something to be said about getting as much out of the basic exercises before turning to more advanced work. Many guys who start with the Jelq will see great gains as they learn their way around the exercise, eventually the jelq will not be enough but how long this takes is different for all guys. When this point has been reached the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] is a logical step up in intensity and due to the mechanics of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] it can be an exercise that never looses intensity.
