I would say be straight up about it. Since you are doing it for "both" your pleasures, it would be like bringing up that you want to join a gym in order to make "yourself" better no? hence Penis Enlargement would be a chance for you to improve yourself. I keep it in a plastic bag (not clear) so she has not actually seen it. However, it is obvious that the bag contains more than a pump. Since I have ED, I assume she believes it contains other ED equipment. Whenever we have company over, she always asks me to move ithe bag out of the bathroom.
