How to heal blood vessels on the head of the penis!! Lost of erection and numbness!

I know there's vitamins to rebuild the nerves, also I think you should apply some heat to recover the blood flow. Please tell us more details like how you got the injury. I've must of left it on for 30 min or so.... I need some anti inflammatories any creams that has those properties??
 
Damn bro that sucks my head has only ever gotten dark red. You might find anti-inflammatory creams at the pharmacy next to the icy hot or something. For now just do things to get blood recirculation like heat. Go running, and eat healthy to get your heart working better.

I've heard about PE issues like this, and they always heal with time bro. Don't worry champ it'll get better just try not to think about it alot because anxiety keeps you from getting boners. One day you'll wake up with a boner, and you'll know you're on the path to full recovery.

It has been getting better I feel a slight sensation. I've just been putting arnica cream for inflammation and I have also ordered some hirudoid cream hoping that will give me some relief. N pain no gain right...

Use about a pea size amount right after you shave your face, this will eliminate wrinkles and irritation. Use on the penis after workout, about the same amount.

A good tip is to allow the skin to have a bit of wetness, this will help a pea size amount go a long way.
