I want to know how some members manage to consistently log 3 - 7 hours a day in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I don't understand how you have time to do anything else in your life.

I am convinced that enduring 1 hour at max tension before bed (which is what I was doing until I stopped my consistent routine altogether) is not a very good approach. I've still not been able to get the nerve up to go out in public with the thing on. Honestly that scares the shit out of me. Give it a try and take close note of how people are looking at you, I bet they are not looking at the crotch but it would be a good test. I've tried up and down - I don't think I get as good as a stretch going up though, and then there is this bulge of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and the wrapping for it, so it isn't really a viable option. I think I need to figure out a new wrapping technique, because I get the swollen head deal and that sticks out pretty well, and also results in me having to shorten the amount of time I can use it. Down = Ligaments

Up = Tunica

Both are important to growth in length. Upward stretching does feel weird and weak but it is just a process where it is hard to detect the stretch since it is mostly Tunica you are stretching...very stubborn but upward stretches and Bundles solve these problems.

- 2 hours to get to work and get back home
- 2 hours for shopping/social activities, etc.
