how to avoid fluid at night with PF

i use small PF.....but i tried the medium PF for a while with rubber band on the sleeve for vacuum but it slips ......and at night there is sooo much fluid retention....how can that be avoided ?
 
Do you use the glans cap. I never got much fluid retention when wearing my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] at night and now get zero using the lghanger at night
 
Setting alarms and making adjustments will be the first line of mastery. I would not go more than 3 hours, in the beginning, without an alarm. Check, make sure everything is good and go for another 3 hours. Add time in with each night, going longer until you reach a solid 8 hours of use without retention or blisters. Better safe than sorry. I know alarms are not what men want to do but it will only be for a week and after that you will know, instead of guessing.

yes i use the glans cap ....but i think the fluid builds up behind the glans......is it ok if i wrap a piece of theraband behind the glans ?? wont this loosen the glan cap and the sleeve ?? my glan cap doesnt only stay till the glans it comes a bit further back on my penis

Very interesting idea! Try it and let us know how it goes. We need a permanent solution to this.
 
This is going to sound really dumb but...

Would you consider a sham wow? Not a whole sponge but like a small square cut out.

I considered it when I was using a vacextender a while back.

try it. Just make sure you don't tie it to tight. Do you have a silicone sleeve? That would work better then theraband. You could just cut off the right size of sleeve to cover the skin behind the glans

i have a AB silicone sleeve but its big for me......do u know anyother silimar to such sleeves that i can use ?

YKM i really loved ur idea of using Ab silicone with PF at night..but the sleeves to big......

lg hanger sells a smaller diameter silicone sleeve. Look into that one. You could also use a rubber band around the abs silicone sleeve. Make sure it's only tight enough to provide minimum compression so the sleeve is in firm contact with your skin but not to constrictive. And if you try the rubber band method do not do it while sleeping at first. You want to make sure you can apply the rubber band at a tension that does not cut off blood flow.

but i never know if the rubber band is cutting blood circulation off or no...cuz the suction created is pushing more blood into the glasn in bell of PF.....so how will i know?
 
What about the theraband that was a good idea. Try it at least to check if it'll work so we have a durable alternative for silicone sleeves

Theraban is a much smarter way to go than a rubber band. Both are pretty cheap so I guess you could try both methods but I really prefer Theraban.

i will try it tonight FOR SURE.....but the rubberband thing is blood ciculation related

i think u guys are confused....
1. the theraband was only for a single wrap right behind the glans so there is no fluid retention....
2. the rubber is band is to keep the siliocne sleeve in place....i use small bell and sleeve so for night i wanted to use medium sleeve and bell....so i thougt using a rubber band at the end of the sleeve i can keep the sliocone stuck to my skin so vacuum can be created when i pump in pf bell....

are u guys saying i should wrap my penis with theraband and then put the silicone sleeve over it ????

OK, I understand what you mean. It sounds good to me as long as it is not causing retention or skin issues.

When you take it off you will touch the glans to see if you are having any numbness.

well i tried the theraband thing......i wrap the theraband till where the sleeve goes.....now i feel that the theraband pushes forward on my glans after wrapping......i will have to try it sometimes like [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap required time mastering....i will try for a few days and tell u the results..i think this can be worked with....

the only thing i am left with is the glan cap...it is ripped and i need a new one or substitue

Nice. Yeah you just have to make wrapping and PE tools work for you. Looking forward to hearing how it goes.

I am really looking for a substitution and the only thing I found that may work are finger caps as they make them various sizes. I will try to remember to get them tonight. Here is a picture of one type:

i bought the silicone toe cap i was refeering to...it turned out to me a bit smaller than expected...size is the only problem with these .....or else its perfect.

Another idea is min-condoms but they may be too big. We will figure this out!

nope that was small size....but i coudnt find large size but i found medium......the size for medium mentioned is (20 cm ) ...wtf does that mean ??

All look like they could work, we will have to keep experimenting and testing until we find the best solution. I think we are getting there and I appreciate all the brain storming everyone has been doing.
