I want to add intensity to my length routine, and also to make it shorter. I would like you guys to give me any tips or advises you can.
My routine starts with about 5 minutes of bundled stretches, then I do DLD pulse 110 45 seconds to each direction: down, left, right, forward and up, I also do A-stretches 30 seconds each hand and 30 seconds Double stretch. I repeat the DLD pulse, A-stretches and Double stretch 2 more times.
All this takes me about 70 minutes, including warm up. So I want to make it shorter and more intense.
