I started at 17 years old. Back then in 2005, there weren't any websites like this. Only Bettermanforum where I started. Stopped for 6 months and came back at 24 on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. I'm 30 now. So I've been having these gains for almost 5 years now and they're STILL here.
