Well over the past few week I spend quite a bit of time. I spend 30 minutes on manual stretching when I wake up, about 2 hours hanging and another 30-45 minutes doing girth. However, I am taking 2 days off a week (due to lack of privacy).
I spend about 40-60min a day, currently 6 days a week. Im only working on girth right now though. I spend around 4 hours total time in my recent sessions, with about 90 minutes of hard girth work, the other time spent massaging, hanging light weights, and edging.
