Hello.

I recently started to hang. I made an own (really) simple hanging '''device'' i found on the internet. You just put your dick in a thick sock, then tie your dick. On the end of the sock, you just secure a rope with weight on it, and you got a hanger.

Anyway, it hangs good, but i was wondering: How long do you guys hang a day? 1 session is like maximum 15-20 minutes because of the bloodflow, but if you would sum up all the time you hang a day, what amount would that be? What is the maximum hanging a day?

Also, can somebody explain me what a Turkey neck is and how you would get that(if you dont hang the right way) ?

When I was hanging I did what I called pyramid sets that looked something like this:

DLD's Pyramid Stretch Sets
(SHOCK ROUTINE)

This routine does require a hanger and I would not advise newbies to do this as these sets are extremely intense. I do these once per week

1st Set
20 Minutes hanging straight down with 20 lbs. Followed by 10 manual upward stretches held for 50 seconds each.

2nd Set
20 Minutes hanging OTS with 15lbs. Followed by 10 manual DLD blasters modified to 10 second kegel followed by a 40 second reverse kegel.

3rd Set
20 Minutes hanging straight down with 10 lbs. Followed by 10 manual upward stretches held for 50 seconds each.

4th Set
20 Minutes hanging BTC with 5 lbs. Followed by 10 manual upward rotary stretches.

Do a search for the captain's wench. It's a cheap and easy build and doesn't have as much skin stretch as you'd get with a sock and rope. I usually only hang for short five minute intervals with a minute to restore blood flow but I try to hang at heavier levels...

@Irafreak1, thanks for telling me about that one. It's true that the sock & rope thing does lot skin stretch. However,i found the Captains wench Hanger, but i cant see the pictures coz i dont have an account there. Could you send them to me if you do have them?
 
I've heard of guys hanging 4 or 5 hours a day. I try to do at least one hour, usually 1 1/2hr, and sometimes 2 hr. More than that, and I get too much soreness, or swelling, or loss of EQ.
 
Hanging takes some time to build up long sessions. I started with 20 minutes but eventually was going for hours.

excuse me, but what does OTS and BTC mean?
 
I'm currently doing 9 sets a day, 15 minutes long instead of my usual 7 x 20min sets... Feels like I'm doing a lot more stretching when I'm actually doing 5 minutes less a day.
