how many inches can you add and still have a fully functional penis

there is debate over weather we are growing the smooth muscle in the CC or creating scar tissue...personally i have no idea which it is, but if it is scar tissue wouldnt there be a limit to how many inches you can add and still have a normal flaccid penis, this is very important to me, i hold safety above all else while enlarging my penis.

does anyone have experience with adding over 3 inches, and is your flaccid penis still squishy? or is it like really firm?

yeah i know...but it just scares me, i live in a cold climate, and the winters are brutal...if i get frostbite on my willie because of poorer circulation i will DIE!!!

Well, lengthening your penis involves bringing out some of the inner penis from under your crack. Have a feel, you will notice quite a lot there. Stretching just pulls the ligament. As for circulation, P.E improves it

yes it can improve it, but if scar tissue is being developed it can decrease blood flow, scar tissue has very limited blood flow
