How long to gain 2 inches?

Right now I am 6 inches erect and 5 inches in girth. I have been pe'ing for 2 months now and i've gained like a 1/4 of an inch in lenght and almost nothing in girth. My ideal size is 8 inches in lenght and 6 to 6.5 inches in girth. How long will this take to achieve?
 
anywhere between a year and 4 years. it depends on how your body grows and adapts to the force applied. if you keep your routine constant (dont change it yet) you will grow! dedication is the key, you will probably hit a plateau, at this time you will need to change the intensity of your routine. but dont worry about that yet...
 
I started at 6" im now 7.5ish on a strong hard on. ive been doing it 2years,
1st year was off and on tho!

But now the last 5months or so ive hit a bastard plateau and wont grow!!! pain in ass.
