How long are your jelqing strokes?

I just wanted to get a consensus as to how long your guys' jelqing strokes are when doing jelq's. For example, my strokes probably last 2-3 seconds per hand when jelqing.

Also, does anyone pause just before the glans and hold the squeeze for a period of time keeping the head engorged with blood?

I mix and match from 1 second to 4 seconds.

I was browsing another Penis Enlargement site a while back and some guy said that he holds the squeeze just before the glans and holds it for 10 seconds to keep the head engorged with blood. I haven't done this, but thought of mixing it in (i.e. do it once every 25 strokes or something).

I start out slow (3-5 sec) and progress to 1-2 sec jelqs. I find that dry jelq is easier to perform slowly. I don't squeeze at the end of a jelq, but I try to kegel hard for a few then reverse kegel for a few.
