How important is penis size really to woman?

I doubt it because back then people didn’t really know that you could do this so I guess most men just accepted the size they have.

The knowledge/information wasn't available and any mention of 'size' was either too taboo or hearsay, so there really wasn't anything definitive...then The Kinsey Report came-out. Then adult entertainment, then the internet...
 
DLD should have appeared 60 years ago maybe in the twenties or so..
