To start off, my glans became soft and smaller from girth overtraining. Always looked bruised and didnt fill up.
Eventually, I came to the conclusion that most of my girth gains were at the base. This meant to me that my blood was trying to fill up the base too much, not making its way all the way up, and leaking blood back. Thats why my glans would never recover.
I only did constrictors that past 11 years on and off. Finally, this is what I did to fix the problem:
Moved the clamp 3/4 up the shaft. This retrained my glans to hold blood. Apply the clamp around the circumcision line. You can apply a bit of pressure underneath the clamp, with the okay grip, this will spread ur girth gains as well. Only do this for ten minutes every other day. When done, remove the clamp, get yourself erect again, and spin your penis in circles to spread the blood around.
This helped me get my full erections back, im confident it will help you too! As always, never overtrain, take it from me. Good luck!
