How do you put your extender on? Noose first or head piece first?

Hi boys,

I've watched the video that swm put up: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...-Extender-HOW-TO-VIDEO-(Fast-Size-JES-Vimax-)
and I've tried putting my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on in that way. I do have to press quite hard though to make this work and to get the head piece over the rods.
Also: The manual says to put on the head piece and then tighten the noose/strap over your dick. This seems to put less pressure on the rods, but I couldn't go to the same length as I could with swm's method.

The video that dld put up doesn't seem clear on this (to me).

So I'm wondering what you guys are doing. Any input?

I don't use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I use male edge but I don't see much difference in operation on how the head piece attaches.

Personally, I put the noose on and tighten it completely after getting some head swell. Once it seems 90% secure, I go ahead and stretch the head piece onto the bars. Once it's on the bars I retighten the noose (velcro in my case) as the stretch changes things (shape, etc.) such that it needs re-tightening.

Try starting with the rods at the base that screw out turned completely toward your body. You shouldn't have to struggle to get the head piece onto the end rods. Once the head piece is on, turn the base rods out to give the stretch. You may need to mess with how many rods you're using.

I always used it with the head piece mounted on it, and imo its how it is supposed to be used.

If you have trouble try pressing the head piece against the edge of the table, seated. This way the springs are compressed and you have both hands free to strap in.

There are other systems though which use a clip system, the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimaster[/words] and the maleedge I think. But the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster[/words] has less tension (fine otherwise) and the maleedge seems to be made out of crappy plastic which breaks easily

1. Foam on first. I get it right up next to the gland.
2. Slide my dick with the foam through the mounting hole of the base.
3. Strap on the comfort strap. As I tighten down I keep pressing the gland and get the blood out as much as possible. This reduces a disturbing looking purple balloon that would otherwise develop. I also pull some of the slack (skin) from under the foam away from the gland. This reduces skin stretching over internal stretches. This also greatly reduced blisters from developing. If the skin gets bunched up and tension is on it and slides, you get some ugly blisters.
4. Hold the base pressed against my body and pull some more slack (skin) at the base towards my shaft. This greatly helps getting the head piece on the bars, reduces skin stretching over internal stretching. You may have some skin bunched around the base now, be careful of not getting pinched near the bars. This has never happened but I'm conscious of it.
5. While still keeping the pressure on the base so you don't lose all the effort you just made, take your other hand and mount the head piece on the bars.

I do something very similar to pjp. The noose goes on first, once it's cinched down, good head swell, no discomfort, everything looks good.... then I stretch it onto an already sprung (mild spring tension) bars (ie put the head piece on) then I adjust further, adding length and tension til I get to about 2400g or more of tension and a satisfactory 7.5" NBPSL or more.

I also continue adjusting (adding tension) for the next ten minutes as my cock relaxes until it maxes out between 2200g and 2600g. Then I leave it alone for quite a while (90-150 minutes, ie however long I can stand it).

Also, after attached, if more intensity is needed the set screws at the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] can be adjusted.
