How do you know it's time to move on to a different exercise? I know you're supposed to try a different exercise if you're not seeing any gains but if gains come "slow" like a 1/2 inch gain in 6 months is "good" then do you have to wait 6 months to decide what you're doing is not working or is there other signs you should be looking for before then? I mean right now I'm working mainly on length and I'm doing the "newbie" stretch routine with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I also stretch it thru out the day when I can. I also started the other day when I do the BTC stretch I'll kinda squat down when I'm pull myself BTC as much as I can then stand back up holding it as stretched as I can then arch myself backwards all the while still holding the squatted pull, I'll hold the arch for 10 seconds then I'll lean forward which allows me to pull even more and then back to the arch for 10 seconds. I'll do this 10 times for the left and right BTC stretches and when I'm done I really feel stretched. But back to my question. Is the "newbie" stretch routine enough to get all the length I want or should I move on to something else and if so when and what? BTW I need about 1.25" to get to my long term goal of 8" and about 3/4" to get to my short term goal of 7.5". Actually if I could get out of the 6's and into the 7s I'd be thrilled.
