how do you do a clamped squash jelq?

Well you just do it like you do the regular [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words].. but the difference is that you are clamped. And you are dealing with alot more pressure, and you wont lose as much blood from the shaft.

Ya, I would have to say the same thing as Ghost. If you know how to do a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] then wouldn't a clamped [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] be the same only you are clamped?

What do you usually squash against? A table top? And how much force do you use?

You use the palm of your hand and push your glans into the shaft, as if you're trying to squash it shorter. The amount of force is up to you, I usually use enough to feel a burn in the tunica. The way I see it is if you don't feel it, it's not doing anything.

I think I know what you're saying. Even though there may not be alot of movement from the squash, the pressure will still force the shaft to expand outwards. If you think being too hard is messing with the exercises just try keeping the erection level down a notch.

Thanks, Q. I'm finally able to visualize this now. How many sets do you usually do, and how long do you hold each squash?

And to answer brianrex, in my routine I usually do like 10 of these for 25-30 seconds along with the rest of my girth stuff.

No problem, I'll do maybe ten 30sec squashes over the course of a 15 minute clamp set. It's tempting to just keep doing them the whole time, but since it is a powerful exercise I think I'd just be asking for major discolouration.
