I am just under 2 weeks into my phase one and im going to go all out soon. Uping my stretchs , jelqs and everything else.
I have just got the P.A in the post but dont know how to use it , I was hoping it would have something on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] about it but dose not..
So can any1 tell me what sort of exercise i do with it and when can i start using it ( phase 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5) or point me in the right direction to find out info myself about it?
DLD i would like your help on this one please as i brought it from you and its your phases im am doing... But any1 with any knowledge on how to use the P.A would be greatly appreciated
