How do i use the P.A.. cant find any real vids or wirte ups about it !!!

I am just under 2 weeks into my phase one and im going to go all out soon. Uping my stretchs , jelqs and everything else.
I have just got the P.A in the post but dont know how to use it , I was hoping it would have something on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] about it but dose not..
So can any1 tell me what sort of exercise i do with it and when can i start using it ( phase 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5) or point me in the right direction to find out info myself about it?
DLD i would like your help on this one please as i brought it from you and its your phases im am doing... But any1 with any knowledge on how to use the P.A would be greatly appreciated

So when can i start these should i wait till phase 2 and just leve phase 1 for conditioning i dont mind waiting if i have to? Or can i start them strate away?

You can start any type of Penis Enlargement you want whenever you feel like you are ready. Contrary to what the "gurus" in the community on different forums may true to convince you of. Use a little sense, and don't over do things at first.
 
Ok i think im just going to start it in phase 2.. And just up phase one. At the min im doing.. 4 sets of streching (left right up and down) and 30 cranks a set , 300 jelqs and kegles 100 quick 50 slow and 1 full min held..

Im going to up this by Tuseday to.

3 sets of streching (left right up down) and 30 cranks a set / 3 sets of streching behind ass crack ( left right center) / 3 sets streching down (left right center) and 25 cranks a set / 3 sets streching out in front (left right center) and 25 cranks a set / and 3 sets strate up (left right center) and 25 cranks a set.

600 jeqls and 200 kegels fast and 100 kegels slow with 1 min kegel held

What do you think of that routein? And is there anythink there you think i should change or add?

I would switch over to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] stretches completely. They will bring gains faster than traditional stretching as much more intensity can be used. You can substitute any front facing stretch with the assistance of this tool.

I see what you mean now i can get much more out of my stretchs with the P.A than i could with just my hands. Is there a good grith building tool? I was thinking about getting the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but wanted to know if there was a better tool out there or not?

For girth the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is the star player. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words] exercises will build girth but this will be at a minimum, you will mainly see length from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. Grab a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], they are just too good to pass on.

I remember reading or watching something where you said the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is amazing for lenth gains as well as girth. As it stretchs from the base but seen and read so some much info cant remember where now. I think it was on youtube. But any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated...
