How do I increase reverse kegal strength?

I find it really hard to maintain a strong reverse kegal. I have tried 'just doing it' while I edge, and it seems that reverse kegals are the key to ejaculation control for me. I would like to make these really strong. Is there anything I can do other than just doing it?
 
That is a good question. I have never heard of any one with an alternate excersize.

I have an idea though which I might try as well,

Locate your reverse kegal muscles(which are closer to your anus than your regular kegal muscles) with your fingers. When you find them try adding resistance to those muscles by creating some kind of preasure, wheather it be pressing with your fingers, or sitting on a tennis ball or something like that.

try when you are pissing to push it out faster, do as many as you can in a minute by "pushing" out as many times you can. do minute holds. i do 5 minute reverse kegal holds. practise, practise, practise.

I find the combo of kegals and reverse kegals really helps my ejaculation control. Some people say their dick gets super engorged when they reverse kegal, but everyone's physiology is a bit different. When I reverse kegal erect, it's like new blood is allowed to fill my inner penis (that spot you can feel your CC and urethra continue behind your ballsack). Then when I kegal, all that new blood gets sent to my outer (measurable) penis. Basically, a strong reverse kegal increases the effectiveness of a subsequent kegal.

the muscles I've developed with the reverse kegel is to make that puppy stand up while the wife is looking at it.

Sometimes your mind does funny things and you can lose the hardon while being watched.

But with the reverse kegel it will stand there all day long while she drools :)
 
See, I don't get this anth. Some guys say the RK makes it stand on end. For me RK is like an off-switch, which makes it good for ejac control. It makes me wonder if I am actually doing the RK right. For me the RK is basically 'totally relax,' almost like no voluntary muscle is involved. Am I doing it wrong?

My understanding is that the best way to learn both the kegel and the reverse kegel is while urinating. The kegel is what you do to shut off the stream of urine. The reverse kegel is what you do to make the urine come out faster.

That is not "totally relax" at all; there is a way to "push" out the urine with more force. I think that's a reverse kegel.
 
These are what i've been missing!!!

For like a week I was literally subconciously doing this exercise with my penis, then one weekend i got so retardedly ripped I forgot all about it. These things get your dick sooooo much more strength and engorged
 
Just follow the example given above.

When you go to urinate push hard to make the urine comes out faster. This isolates the muscles used for the reverse pc.

Theres nothing relaxed about it.
 
the idea behind the tennis ball is that it makes it harder to kegal or RK. If you put a tennis ball down on your bed then place your pelvic floor muscles right on top of it in a sitting position you now have something to resist yor muscles from moving. Try kegaling and reverse kegaling in this position and see how much harder it is to kegal.

I hope this helps. Btw, it does work, i tried it.
 
Thanks BananaxBoy I'll try it for the normal kegels but for reverse kegels I can't see how it would work unless you hold the ball on top.

I agree with homelesswombat, it makes me wonder if I'm doing it right too because when I reverse kegel, I don't get harder. If anything it makes it go down a bit, although I don't think I'm doing it wrong because I know I could win a pissing contest with how hard I can reverse kegel when I'm taking a leak. I'm going to keep experimenting with these and see what happens.
 
Hey guys, I just want to point out that the reverse kegal is not the same muscle as the kegal. If you locate your pc with your fingers then move them 2 inches closer to your anus and RK you will feel the different muscles at work. For me, they seem way weaker than my normal kegal.
