By pulling the penis in the SD direction you can lengthen the ligs that hold it up close to the body. This allows more to lay away from the body. It is measurable and it is a gain. It is probably the easiest to achieve since ligaments don't mind stretching as much as tunica does.
I understand what your saying. Tunica is penis so when stretched you see that as makeing the penis longer but the ligaments are being stretched and arent penis so how can they be really be makeing the penis longer and as scuh you think its just an illusion perhaps?
As the ligaments of the penis stretch, so to does the tissue structures supporting it and around it such as tunicae and overtime it grows to become that new length. Look at guys like dld who did mostly ligament stretching and the size they have. When I do my isolated ligament stretches from my new length exercise on the ligs I get the best stretch ever and have gained from them but when the ligaments grow the surrounding tissues and support structures also has to grow alongwith it such as skin tissue, vessells, tunica etc and you cant get one without the other really.
The new growth from ligament stretching in the surrounding tissues nearby like skin and some tunica wont be from actual enlargement like if you did a tunica stretch but from the adaptation of the new length from the growth in the ligaments, thats the difference and I hope I have explained this properly in words .... is different than directly working the tunica.
I agree Red, it all grows to some extent. I was just postulating that the ligs are easier to get moving than tunica. I know I got pretty fast gains when targeting just the ligs. I'm sure I had tunica growth too, but not as dramatic.
The guys at Static Stretcher are having me do between SD and SO: that it hits both tunica and ligs. What do you think (the best of both worlds <faster gains>)?
I have been using just the Heavy Duty. I keep it on until i can't stand it anymore (right now that's about in an hour and 30 mins at 6 pounds). I feel discomfort where my taint is, right underneath the bottom of the stretcher base near my a-hole and above my cock (a burn) when I poke into it. Sound familiar?
Sounds familiar: sounds like your tension is up just a little too high. You don't want to freak out the tissues: any of them. Don't induce panic! Just coax them along with good tension. When you start getting to the point where you are getting irritated by the tension, back it down and keep going. Between SD/SO is my usual position but I do a lot of SO too.
Actually, now that I think about how I do it: I know what tension makes me get uncomfortable and I stop just shy of it. I prefer to wear the device for more uninterrupted time than to do "sessions". I find that continuous wear gives me a really good fatigued feeling that is deep and sort of pleasurable. Like a good gym workout.
