One important thing is that it has small elongation bars to add. Then you don´t have to make huge steps when you add bars.

i bought the Proextender and can say it is comfortable enough but compared to hanging I would not even bother. I know a lot of people recommend it heavily and maybe it is preference... but To me if you are alone and have the time to train do sets of hanging or manuals. Personally i would not plan on wearing this thing out and about because it just does not really work (at least for me)

I am going to get a more comfortable one that you can wear all day, ive herd lots of good things about the autoextender. but people with more experience might be able to say more
