Homemade Length Master

Hi all. Before posting this, I wanted to let you know that I checked with DLD prior to putting this on the forum. Kudos to Spankydog for his hard work and his woodworking skills...until you have to do it, you don't appreciate how much skill and time it takes to produce a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words], or a copy of one.

This started out by not being able to order one, as I couldn't think of justifying it to a wife that thinks i'm already big enough now...I just discovered bundled stretches, so the joke is on her now, LOL!

I started by getting a 1 inch thick piece of ash from my local fine wood retailler. A 4 ft pice cost me about $12.00.

After that, since the hole is 3 1/2 inches. I found something to trace a circle onto the wood with:

after that, I had to draw on the outline, cut it out of the wood and then cut out the hole. Since I had no hole saw, I drilled holes inside the circle and then used a jigsaw and went from hole to hole.

Next was drawing and cutting out the clamping pieces...note that all holes need to line up to make it work and that 5 1/2 inches worked fone from hole to hole distance.

The remaining pics illustrate the project on the road to completion, so bear with me currently. It's still functional, just not too pretty yet.

Did some more sanding today, but the biggest help was a file that I just bought to take away a lot of the material. This coupled with the sanding head on my Dremel helped to tidy up the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] portion of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].
It should work out nicely with a finished product in the near future.
 
Nice progress! I guess you can see by now why they cost $99:) A lot of work involved but you are doing great. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Just have to drill the holes at the end of the handles and finish sanding it. I'm going to use the Varathane Diamond Coat Aerosol to finish it after some shellac to match the clamp pieces.

If I could forecast it, I might be done by early next week. A full time job, a wife and garage repairs are getting in the way...but boy are those regular bundles streches working great...even before adding the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words].

As I mentioned earlier, fellow Penis Enlargement ers, here is the finished product of the Homemade [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]!

A hearty thank you to DLD for allowing me to post these pics and follow in my progress on the making of this "penis wrench". Now I know why they are $99 to purchase. In these last pics, I show the 5/8 ths of an inch I took off of the half moons as with less width to them will allow for better manipulation when clamped on to my member.

All I can say I excellent work Smooth_op!!! That has to be the best DIY project I have seen on a new product. It almost looks as good as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] that you buy from DLD. I'm glad to see this forum is inspiring members to be innovative with Penis Enlargement.

Once again, thank you. Over the weekend i've rediscovered some Penis Enlargement classics such as DLD Blasters (bundled once I get the hang of them again). I tried them before with some PVC pipe, but just couldn't get fully into them. Now it seems to be easier...i'll have to re-read the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] threads too.
 
Hey, I started making one today but I'm not shore the width of the two identical pieces, I see they are each 7 1/2 in length but what about width before you cut off the 5/8 sliver and what is the width of the surface that you put the padding on so I know how deep in I need to make the groove? Also how did you make the curves on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] part and the two pieces to no how to cut the handle bar. Did you just draw the curves on the wood free handed? Please tell me asap because I want to continue working on it tomorrow. Thank you

Maybe only 3 inches or so...if you wanted to, just look for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] pics on here or on Google images then print them large to make a template. The reason I cut them thinner was to have more room to manouvre them when clamped on my member. As for the handles, I just free handed them but you should remember that with some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] stretches that you need it on the top or underside of your legs, so put in a curve that's appropriate for your upper thigh width. You can also use it for expressive stretching through the hole once made...all sorts of options to try out.
 
Hey, Just finished making a rough copy of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] by following these instructions. It's very crude but works well especially while hanging. I tried hanging 10 lbs and it was way more comfortable than my homemade AFB hanger. With the AFB hanger I had to put tons of wrap for it to not slip off and it really pinched the hell out of my skin. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] hanger worked like a dream, I simply put a wrist pad around my unit with duck tape, put on the hanger and used a bungee chord to hang the weight from it. The hooks of the bungee attached perfectly to the 2 screws and I can even do bundled hanging which is fantastic, the two identical pieces for the hanger is a great idea on it's own. I didn't try a whole session with it but while hanging the 10 lbs I didn't feel any pinch once so ever. Also I felt a wonderful inner pull and tug on my penis which I never felt before as well as being very very comfortable for a homemade device. Now I can't wait to hang compared to before. may i know what material did you use for the 'padding'? Is that a styrofoam?
Coz as of now I made my homemade [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] for hanging purposes. Can I use mouse pad?

A mouse pad may need to be doubled for comfort but it should work great.
 
I would use the memory foam that high school wrestling mats are made of. They contour to any shape, are durable, and provide an outstanding grip. Just my 2 cents tho lol!
 
I used wide weatherstripping with an adhesive peel off backing. It worked out good as I needed the extra bit of thickness when it was all clamped together.

The device work good for manual exercices for length and girth for hanging is much more confortable and before i use [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] more less for 6 hours now i think paint airbrush with phyton snake skin for finish more personal look.

Good and deserved bump! It's fantastic to see DIY-projects like this! I hadn't ran into this before. Are you doing more handy work, is it a hobby for you? @smooth_op

Such a fantastic job for a do it yourself project. I wish I had that kind of skill! I can’t even open a can without cutting myself.

On my journey, today I measured in at 7 5/16ths bpl flaccid, was at 7 7/8ths in 2012 and now my new goal is to hit 10 inches eventually and on the way to 12. I'd like to say by putting my best "foot" forward, lol. My GF is in favour of my PE and I want to astound her and myself with great progress. Been really getting into the Law of Attraction material too and would love to integrate it into my routine.
Onward and upward, my friends :)
