Hmm... I got no fucking Idea what this is....

ok so here goes my first post to the bobo section :s

I'm not quite sure if this is a bobo or what, since about a week i have noticed a kind of guitar string like thing on the left top side of my dick, the thing goes from botom to top of my dick like the big fat middle vain. I can't see anything until I'm erected and then it just looks like a vain thats a bit deeper under the skin. When I'm erected it's harder as when I'm flaccid but i can always feel it. I can't see it, it aint swollen, it doesn't hurt. Oh an when I'm erected there's an about half an inch wide from bottom till top (where this hard stringie thing goes along ) surface along my dick that's much harder then the rest. But it don't hurt. What is this? Is it normal, is it an injury ? it just came.

Any ideas? any help?

Hmmm... coudn't do my girth routin today my dick kinda hurt at the botom base but i think that came from my extra intense girth 2 days ago and that i'm still a bit sore there. Don't think it has to do with my problem above...

Guitar string feeling, I guess you should read up on thrombosed veins, cause that is what you may have. There are a lot of posts on it here in the booboo-section =)

Yeah I've read through all of that stuff, i mean I'm hear nearly every day for aabout 1 - 2 hours just reading. I'm realy sure it ain't a thrombosed vain. I realy try not to post double stuff but i couldn't find anything in the bobo section that applyed to me...

It sounds like thrombosis in some ways but the lack of pain could change that. It may be a slight clot and if this is the case you are lucky to catch it early. I would follow the basic recovery process for thrombosis and give it a few days to heal. If after around 7 days of this and there is still no change I would assume it is only a bulging vein and get on with things.

got a bit harder again after a slight girth routine

I'm going to keep up my streching but girth ( thats what i realy need ) can't bee done at this point of time I'm afraied i might hurt myself if i go on with it.. been nearly 2 weeks with no girth routine I'm realy depressed about this shit....

And my cable clamps that i orderd over http://cableorganizer.com/cable-clamp/ are usesless for me. The medium size is to big for me and the small size is to small ....

The medium size is too big for most, that is why we all use a wrap of some sort. I use a dress sock.

hopful, have you gotten any closer to deciding what type of injury you have? i am expericening something very similar, though not as wide. mine is about the size of the smallest guitar string and is comprised of a hard mass at the base, and then several smaller beads as it moves toward the glans. strange, puzzling??? any imput?

It's blood clots. Some Ibuprofen and heat to the area should clear things up. When I have problems like these, I'll take a few Ibuprofen, and apply heat to the injury after about 30 minutes for as long as possible. That directs the medicine towards the pain, and eases the injury. Also, during the heating I do an intensive massage to try and work the clots out, and make the vein useful again. If you have to, grab the vein, pull it up, and give it a good working.

You may want to try Aspirin too, as it thins the blood out. I'm not sure about mixing the Ibuprofen and Aspirin, but as long as you take the 81 mg/low strength/baby aspirin you should be OK. I've never had any problems with combining them.
