I wanted to say that this forum is an insparation, it is the first place on the net that gives motivation and inspiration to get going on this self improvemnt journey, I am so glad I found this place, and am sorry for all the time ive wated not improving myself this way, ive already ordered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to start working with stretches and jelquing routines ive learned, I must say that ive done some jelquing the last couple of days, and already started fwwling changes down there, this is such a tremendous boost to self confidense, and I know that this is for my own self improvement and body image, im accompanying this journey with weight loss (sever I should add) a weight that has damaged my flaccid state over the years, and affected my self perception (as you all know, fat tissues surround the base and burry significant parts of the penis when gaining weight) the horrible thing I learned that being over weight caused bad circulation to my penis and cause it to loose an inch (EL) over the years, so this is the road to regain past glory. I would like to get some starting guidance on how and what to eat, I head wallnuts are good, or what is the good nutrition and food ingredients to accopany a Penis Enlargement routine.
