I have been wearing this device on and off since February, however I've been wearing various threads on this forum saying that only real gains can be achieved when other girth exercises are involved, are there any ones in particular I need to do?
I was doing Ulis, but I can only manage them for about 15 mins at a time, I can sustain a solid erection while doing it. I have been taking some horny goat weed along with L-arginine for the past 2 weeks, but I have noticed any improvements.

I dont buy that theory, if someone wears the device for a long period of time eachday for many months [at least 6] than they should see gains eventually.
Its proven medical knowledge that this type of behaviour enables the body to grow in a larger state than before...the penis is no exception, it just appears that most havent the patience nor dedication to carry it out for 6 months or longer in order to see the gains become permanent....always remember that flaccid gains will come before erect and than it'll take awhile for the erect ones to come through afterthat.
They do work on their own, I have gained with them on solo...and I used only 2 to 3 hours per day over a few months.
Try it, stick to it and you'll get their..useing other pe might help the gains, but it isnt necessary.

I got one of those FS = Fast Size Devices.
and I only wore mine for the max 1 to 2 hours some times.
mon day = ON Tues Day = OFF Wedens Day = ON Thurs Day = OFF Fri Day = ON Sature day = OFF Sunday = OFF...

and I stretch it 10 cm to 1/2 inch over the erect length...
some times you can't get 1/2" inch over erect length but starting out twisting the screws will help push it a bit more and in time the stretch will take place and be about 1/2" inch stretch over erect length..
just take it slowly and do not push to stretch it 1/2" inch over the erect length right off..
cause you do not want to cause injury..

and "YES" I also do some of the DLD matter of size stretching techinques and Jeqlue and Kelag exercises to increase muscle tissue strength while duren stretching session's..
its good to keep the penis healthy and strong. rofl rofl :) :s :cool: rofl

So I gained about 1 1/2" inch in about 2 months time...
