Help With a Short, Intense Routine

It's time for me to get back into Penis Enlargement. I've lost a few centimeters and can't stand it, so can someone help me design a routine i can do in like 30 minutes that focuses mainly on length (i'll clamp for girth). I'm used to hour long workouts, but i have a lack of time now, so the shorter the better. I was thinking of mandingo stretches and a-stretches, but idk what else is really intense.
 
Kill a few birds with "Restiflex" for length work. This will train your PC muscle and you can add in reverse kegels during clamping. This combo will make you hard as a rock over time and crazy long [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words].

oh yea i forgot to add that. i would've done those regardless cause they're probably my favorite exercise. they made a huge size difference when i started doing them the 1st time
 
Wierd, when i searched i got nothing. With both Restiflex, Resiflex, restifleks and resifleks. Thank you for linking it :)

idk, i think i just put resiflex and it was like the 3rd one down
