Help to get cable clamps [Europe]

Yeah, the title says everything. I am really upset now because there is simply no normal way I can get these cable clamps. I ordered over a month ago (on 14th March it is 2 months ago) a pack of cableclamps from CableClamps.com and stil am waiting for it. I payed 20 bucks + 6.76$ for shipping and THESE IDIOTS DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER MY EMAILS !!! I asked them a hundred times for the proof of delivery (usps) and they simply don't answer. The biggest mistake I did was that I payed with a prepaid card - an anonymous credit card if you will that can't be charged - so there is no way I can get my money back.Guys, my advice: Don't order from cableclamp.com. I mean I could live with it if they answered at least my emails and apologize for the delay, but no word!
So I want to ask you guys for some reliable on-line stores (from Europe if possible) or anything where I can get these damn cable clamps. I feel like a young child that dreams of a toy but can't get it! Really disturbing...<

As for the cables, forget them, just get a strong latex cockring, lovehoney.co.uk do a very strong cockring these days i think its called the bid daddy cockring or something. Have a look around.
Get over it dude, 12 dollars is bubble gum really. Ive used cockrings to good effect, but stoped because i was getting varicose vein type look, and it can do some serious damage like erectile dysfunction, so obviously i wanted to avoid this.
